Forget the green beer and savor the real flavors of Ireland instead in our special St. Patrick's Day themed chocolate truffle and bon bon making class. Together with chocolatier Valerie Conyngham of vianne chocolat, we'll whip up an Irish tea ganache, hand form and dip whiskey truffles and concoct a delicious blend of Irish Whiskey and caramel to tuck inside rich dark chocolate candy cups. In this hands-on class you'll learn the art of making ganache, truffles and molded chocolates as well as decorating techniques. You'll leave class with the knowledge to continue making truffles and bon bons at home as well as a box of your own handmade creations.
