gourmets, Jennifer and Jim’s first
date was a cooking class in the French countryside at the home of a widely
published British cookbook author and food columnist, Sue Style. The homemade
pasta still lingers in their food memories, along with treasured memories of
Swiss, French, Italian, and German cuisine (and wines!) enjoyed during more
than 10 years living in Switzerland and traveling throughout the world. Both would agree trading in fashionable
neckties, silk blouses and shiny shoes acquired from corporate careers was not
an easy choice, but it was worth the venture!
In addition to being in business with her foodie husband Jim, Jennifer is also the co-owner of
Blackstone’s of Beacon Hill, an awarding winning gift store located in the
heart of Beacon Hill with her partner Mark Duffield.
