Incredible workmanship for our cast iron teapots. Ja cast iron is designed for beauty as well as function. Our handcrafted works of art are manufactured using a rare sand casting process, following a centuries old Japanese tradition. Up to 40 individual intensive production steps turn each and every product into a one of a kind piece. The "Dim" holds 34 fl. oz. and includes a stainless steel infuser. It has a beautiful hand painted exterior in a stylish recessed circle pattern in the colors mint and gold. Hand wash only, dry exterior well after washing. Make sure to wash well before first use.

Make sure to clean well prior to first use.
If using on a stovetop, always add water prior to heating.
Do not use Ja teapots that have feet on stovetops.
Always clean and dry thoroughly after each use to prevent rust. Note that surface rust is not considered a manufacturing defect.
For best results: Heat the water in a separate container to the desired temperature, put your tea in the Ja teapot infuser, and pour the hot water over tea infuser (with leaves) into the teapot to steep.
Make sure to use a trivet all the time, also when serving - not just brewing!
