      With more than a decade of sharpening experience, KitchenWares has become a reliable service provider to chefs and home cooks in the Boston area and across New England.

      What we sharpen

      We can sharpen and restore nearly all kitchen knives - European, Japanese and American made, double and single beveled and serrated.  We also sharpen pocket knives, kitchen scissors, Benriner blades and hand pruners.

      How we sharpen

      The main sharpening process is done on fine grit air-cooled ceramic grinding belts. For re-profiling, tip and edge repairs, thinning and re-bevelling, we use a variety of techniques for different kinds of knives and their varying angle requirements. As a last step before inspection, all edges are buffed, then hand-honed. Perfect!
